Christie Kerner has spent more than three decades building, running, buying, and selling businesses -giving her a perspective that extends well beyond the typical advisor. As a multi-time founder with successful exits, and as an acquirer herself, she understands the realities of a transaction from both the buyer and seller side of the table because she’s been there, herself.

Over the course of her career, Christie has partnered with founders and CEOs on everything from operational scaling to complex transactions, including acquisitions, funding rounds, and strategic buyouts. Her background as a seasoned operator (CEO/Founder/COO) shapes her approach: detail-oriented, highly organized, and focused on helping transactions move forward smoothly and successfully.

Outside of her work, Christie enjoys competing on an award winning west coast swing dance team and singing in her golden oldies cover band - bringing the same energy and creativity to her personal pursuits as she does to her professional life.
