Biography of Jason Dougher

Jason Dougher is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, business strategy, deal negotiations, and transaction structuring. Throughout his career, he has established himself as an expert in business valuation, buy-side and sell-side due diligence, and corporate development.


Jason's career began at KPMG and PwC, two of the world's largest accounting firms, where he worked as a senior associate and manager, respectively. During this time, he gained experience in audit and accounting, as well as financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.


After his time in public accounting, Jason joined Eaton Corporation, a multinational power management company, as Vice President of Corporate Development. At Eaton, Jason led a wide range of acquisition, divestiture, joint venture, and strategic investment projects, ranging in value from <$1 million to as much as $3.3 billion. His role involved identifying potential targets, conducting due diligence, negotiating deals, and overseeing post-merger integrations.


Jason's success at Eaton has made him a tenured expert in the field of corporate development. He is widely recognized for his ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies, and for his deep knowledge of the deal-making process. His expertise in business valuation, due diligence, and transaction structuring has been instrumental in the success of many high-profile transactions.


Originally from Northeast Ohio, Jason now calls Phoenix, Arizona his home.
